Founder and CEO of PeakVisor
When I was young, I relished the feeling of tumbling head first into a great read. Hours would pass and I wouldn’t think about turning the pages or looking at the words. In college classes, the quality of textbook writing made an outsized impact on my ability to focus. The same goes for content on the internet.
Unfortunately, on today’s internet, this quality of content is becoming exceedingly rare. As a writer, I’m methodical about the flow of my words in an effort to preserve the literary value of informative content. My goal is to make the reader feel as if they are not reading at all, but effortlessly visualizing the information. The end product is a more satisfied, learned, and better-informed reader.
As an editor, I bring a seasoned, knowledgable voice and careful fact checking to your mountain content.
I can adapt to any assignment relating to the outdoors, whether skiing, biking, trekking, cycling, running, climbing, swimming, fitness, nutrition, and more. My environmental science degree also gives insight into other, more technical subjects like weather, ecology, and geology.
I love writing from experience but am just as eager to dive into research to bring flair to any project.
At PeakVisor, I run our robust editorial operation. I’ve helped grow the company to several thousands users worldwide, with revenues exceeding half a million euros per year. I developed a strategy to promote our mobile app, the company’s primary source of revenue, through journalism and informational articles. I’ve spearheaded our social media push and influencer recruitment strategy. We’re still small, but poised to grow in a big way.
If any of this piques your interest, feel free to contact me via email or WhatsApp to discuss my schedule, rates, etc.
Check out my Strava, PeakVisor Profile, and @peakvisor_app Instagram page to see what I’m up to in the mountains.
